Delaware State University has the pleasant task of representing the great State of Delaware in the BISNet program -- it is an honor to do so. We pledge our all in working with our clients and in strengthening the knowledge base of 1890 institutions relative to computerization and cyberspace.

We stand tall in preparation and support of this timely effort, BISNet. Delaware State University is eager to move forward in partnership with BISNet as it makes possible advancements that are extremely challenging. Along with the other partners, we will facilitate the growth of 1890 constituents throughout the BISNet target area.
