Kentucky State University is excited about its involvement in the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Business-Cooperative Services (RBS) Network of Rural Development Programs and the Business Information System Network (BISNet).

Kentucky State University has been historically committed to the economic development of Frankfort and its surrounding communities. With assistance from the USDA and other 1890 Colleges and Universities, we expect to bring more business solutions to the development obstacles facing our citizens. Potentially, the shared resources of BISNet will help to facilitate an improvement in the quality of life for our limited-resource constituents.
