University of Maryland Eastern Shore University of MarylandEastern Shore isa proud participant in the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Business-Cooperative Service's (RBS) network of Rural Development Programand the Business Information Systems Network (BISNet). We pledge that ours will be active and leading roles in this program for the State of Maryland and the nation.

University of Maryland Eastern Shore has been dedicatedhistorically to the uplifting of Rural Maryland. We do this throughall of our programs, academic, research, and public service. As we join forces with USDA and the 1890 Universities, we expect to bringthe solutions of Business to the community development problems of Rural Maryland.
